Submissions Guide
To best serve our clients and be as efficient as possible, our service is largely automated. A real life human-being still checks each video for obvious errors, but to avoid delays, please follow this quick and easy guide when submitting images for our Video Tours service.

That's all there is to it! Put the 16 images along with the .txt file into a folder, name it with the property details (this folders name will be used as the video name) and send it to:
submissions@universalvideo.co.uk via your ftp, Dropbox or WeTransfer.
